This bundle is designed to represent the ultimate pre and post workout combo when looking to add some muscle QUICKLY! Use as follows
- 1x Red Mist - pre workout on training days. Take 1-2 scoops (depending on tolerance) around 15 minutes before you train on an empty stomach if possible.
