This bundle is designed to represent the ultimate pre and post workout combo when looking to add some LEAN muscle! Use as follows
- 1x Red Mist - pre workout on training days. Take 1-2 scoops (depending on tolerance) around 15 minutes before you train on an empty stomach if possible.
- 1x Mass Attack Juggernaut - take one serving post workout and if the serving size is too big just split it in two and have the second half another time in the day. Also take 1 serving on rest days.
