Ordered late afternoon not expecting it to be shipped the same day...29mins later it's been shipped! Order arrived just after 10am this morning less than 18 hours after the purchase was made! Order was correct, extremely well packaged, free ON Whey sample, free courier delivery - all in all very very impressed! Will definitely use Echo again and highly recommended!

"What a great company - phoned them up for some advice and they had the time to talk me through what would be good for me personally, then saved some money by buying as a "stack" where you get a discount for buying a certain combination.

Delivery was next day after ordering at 2pm and I even got a text telling me it would be arriving between 10 and 11am - turns up just before 11, will be using again!!"

"So I placed my order on Friday evening (about 9-10pm) and I had confirmation from ECHO that my order was packed and ready to be sent first thing Monday morning, which I thought was great and very efficient.  I then wanted to make a tweak to my order and when I phoned ECHO on Monday morning, they had already made the changes for me without hesitation which again I greatly appreciated. 

Order was sent yesterday, it arrived today no problems , I haven't had a chance to try any of the products or the free samples that I received as of yet but I will be posting reviews when I have. 

I just thought I would say that as this was my first experience with ECHO, I was very very happy with the efficiency of the company and also the personal customer experience that I received.  One thing is for sure, I WILL be using ECHO again.

"Just wanted to provide some quick feedback about Echo Supplements: I headed down to the shop in Slough over the weekend as it was time to stock up on supps; I noticed the prices at the store were as good as I was gonna get anywhere else and with the shop being only about 6 miles the thought of not having to wait for delivery drivers made up my mind for me. 

I'm glad I did. Firstly the store is *COOL* and I felt like I did the first time I was in Hamley's on Regent Street as a kid - I could have stayed in there for hours reading labels and packets. 

The guys in there are really helpful and friendly and have that detailed knowledge about the supplements that seems to elude me... I hate spending hours on the net, switching between IE windows while trying the remember what's got what and what it's for. I just mentioned what type of thing I was after and Dave (?) ran me through all the different supps by different manufacturers and even whipped out his (excellent) comparison tables to help me understand and choose. 

I walked out with two carrier bags full of stuff and a big smile on my face - a great consumer experience and I'm definitely heading back there when I need more.

"Ordered from Echo supplements, on the 3rd of August and received them on the 5th, very quick delivery.. Protein bars taste great, flavours I hadnt seen elsewhere and at a good price too.. Also received 2 Free samples, one of Bodi Tronics whey 2 0, and one of NOX Pump, which I wasnt expecting so appreciate those too. Free delivery over £45 is a good deal too, most companies are £100 spend! 

I will be ordering from again, in the future!"

"Just a little thank you Dave. Just to let others know how my experience went incase anyone else is thinking about ordering with youselves. Emailed dave from echo supplements reguarding a tauro test and shredabull stack to which dave was more than willing to answer any questions i had reguarding this product i must of sent atleast 10 emails to which i was pleased he had taken time out to answer each one to the best of his knowledge, unlike most other companies i have used in the past so this was a great start. 

Once i had decided i was gonna go with the stack i tried to place an order online to which i was having problems, emailed dave and he said to email him my phone number and he ring and take my order to which he did instantly. After my order was placed he provided me with a tracking number and kept me updated. Order arrvied bang on time well a little earlier which was a bonus and once opened recieved 2 free samples :).  

So basically a 10/10 for me regarding everything that includes ; Price/Delivery times/ Help so i will be using again no doubt in the near future and hopefully this will show others what a great service there providing in getting you cheap supplements to you door quickly with the added help of great customer service and advice. "We're quick enough to moan about bad customer service so it's only right to shout about exceptional service :) 

Placed an order with Echo on Sunday afternoon for some Gaspari Intrapro. Spoke to Dave on the phone and he was only too happy to match the best delivered price I could find online. 

The item was sent yesterday, next day delivery. Usually get a text or email from Interlink to say which hour slot the package will be arriving, but that didn't come through this morning. I PMed Dave about a consignment number to see if I could track it online to save me waiting in all day. Rather than just give me a number and leave me to get on with it, he replied telling me that the parcel would arrive between 1.08pm and 2.08pm. 

Sure enough, it came at 1.45pm. 

For a first experience ordering from somewhere it's been brilliant. Great price, really friendly service and then extremely helpful today as well. 

Oh, and got a free sample of NOX Pump and a free Pure Protein Revolution Bar as well. The bar has been eaten already. A very nice bar it has to be said, not as good as the Supreme Bars but better than most others I have had. 

I will definitely be using Echo again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
