Returns

If the product is in a resaleable condition - in original, unopened packaging then we will accept a return and you can either exchange the product or get a refund. Please contact us prior to sending something back so that we can advise you on the correct action to take.

Please note that magazines are non-returnable unless they are damaged and signed for as damaged. You have 28 days to return any item and you must have the receipt (you can print a receipt from your 'My Account' section if you have lost the original) and it must be in re-saleable condition.

When returning any item we advise you send it by recorded delivery - this ensures that if the item gets lost in the mail you will be able to claim for the loss. It is your responsibility to ensure the item gets to us and we cannot be responsible for anything that is lost in transit while being returned.

Change of Address / Undeliverable Address

When placing an order with us you are responsible for providing a deliverable address. If you find that you require an address change after we have dispatched your order and it has been dispatched by courier there will be a charge of £12.50 - this is the cost to us to change the address charge by our courier. If an order is returned to ourselves because the courier was unable to deliver it (including if delivery is refused) there will be a charge of £12.50 for the return and a charge of £2.95 to re-ship the order, if you would like a refund instead of re-sending the parcel then the charge of £12.50 will still apply - please get the address right first time as these are costs that we have to pass on!

If your order has been dispatched by Royal Mail we unable to change the address once it has been dispatched, and if it is returned to ourselves a charge of £2.95 will be required to re-ship the order.

Order Processing

We will do our best to make sure your order goes out the same day that you order it (working days only) and we can guarantee this for orders placed before 3pm - if your order is over 2kg then you can expect to receive it the very next day!

Delivery

Orders over £45 will be dispatched with FREE delivery - in addition this will be NEXT WORKING DAY delivery for all orders over 2kg. For orders under 2kg this will be first class Royal Mail delivery which is usually next day, but can take up to 3 working days. If you are ordering something under 2kg and want to upgrade to next day courier delivery the postage charge is £4.95.

Customers in N.Ireland and Scottish Highlands/Islands and the Isle of Man and Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight will qualify for the free delivery but will not get next day delivery - this is a courier delay and there is unfortunately nothing we can do to speed this up!

Orders under £45 will be charged delivery at £2.95 for UK Mainland and £9.95 for N.Ireland - this is due to the extra courier costs to N.Ireland. Spending over £45 will be free anywhere in the UK.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are £9.95 under £100 and FREE over £100 - delivery is usually 2 days but may occasionally take slightly longer. We can ship to other EU countries by request, this typically costs around £15 per box but please contact us to get a proper quote.

All orders under 2kg will be dispatched using Royal Mail. Whilst the vast majority of orders turn up on time occasionally this does not happen. If your order was under 2kg and hasn't turned up within 7 working days then follow this procedure - failure to do so will result in longer delays:

Make sure you have allowed 7 WORKING DAYS from the date of DISPATCH - you will receive an email when the order is dispatched
Contact your local sorting office to make sure they are not holding any items for you
Make sure you record the name of the person you spoke to, and the address of the sorting office, as you will need this information to continue your claim.
If the sorting office are not holding items for you, contact us making sure you provide the information above, together with your delivery address
We will process your claim and may send out a free-of-charge replacement item but this is decided on a case by case basis

Orders over 2kg are dispatched by courier and generally arrive on the next working day after dispatch. If your parcel doesn't arrive in this time then please give it 7 working days to arrive - if it still hasn't arrived then please follow this procedure:

Make sure you have allowed 7 WORKING DAYS from the date of DISPATCH - you will receive an email when the order is dispatched
Call us (contact us) with your order number, the date (and time if possible) that you placed the order, and your full delivery address
We will then look into this for you - this can take around 2 working days as we have to wait for calls back
We will contact you once we have dicovered what went wrong and arrange a replacement if neccessary

Leaving Items in a Safe Place
If you would like us to write a note on your item to leave the parcel in a safe place this is fine and just do so in the 'notes' section. Please be aware that this is entirely at your own risk and neither Echo Supplements or the courier company can be held responsible for any problems that may arise from doing so.

PayPal Checkout Orders
Please ONLY use PayPal checkout if you have a confirmed PayPal address - otherwise use the Google Checkout or ideally the Echo Supplements checkout option. If you checkout with PayPal and a non-confirmed address it will mean your order is delayed as we will have to contact you for your card details to process the order with an alternative system as we cannot ship to unconfirmed PayPal addresses.

Delivery Estimates
You will notice when browsing that some products are marked as 'Next Day Delivery' and some as '3-5 Day Delivery' - these indicate how long you should expect to wait for your order to be delivered. If you order several items with different delivery estimates we will dispatch the order all together so it will take 3 to 5 days for the complete order. If you would like the 'next day delivery' items delivered immediately we can do this but you are required to pay an additional shipping cost of £2.95 to cover this - please call if you would like to do this.

Price Matching

We will try our best to price match any UK store on any product we stock on online purchases - please note we do NOT price match in-store. As a reward for letting us know we will throw in a freebie (usually a sample or a bar) for you! Please be aware that we will not price match eBay stores or other stores which we no not consider reputable - generally we require a phone number and address for the company at a minimum! The other store that we are price matching must have the item in stock and it must be a 'like for like' price match, so take into account shipping and handling fees.

To submit a price match request please fill in the form to the right of the product you would like to match and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
