"Heard a few mixed reports with gaspari superpump so thought I'd give it a bash - omg best pre workout supplement around. If it makes you s**t then its still worth it though I didn't have that problem (mate of mine did though lol) - pumps are insane and just the 'feel good factor' it provides are immense.

Gonna look at more of the gaspari range now I had thought they were just shiny american c**p but going off superpump 250 I think I was wrong!"
