"Well this is strong stuff.....I must admit my gym sessions have definitely stepped up another level, lifting heavier weights and getting them important extra reps in, I don't have 2 scoops because it is too heavy....but I would recommend."

"Giving it four stars- if u can handle it.
However, 2 of my mates tried 2 scoops, after a month on Jack3D, and had to go home after 20 mins in the gym. Stomach cramps, severe head ache, weird alienated feeling from people. Potent stuff, i had a great workout but it really freaked them out. Caution!"

Never heard of Pharma Freak before until recommended by Echo and having tried a few and realised they wore off after a week I wasnt expecting a lot - how wrong can you be when expecting so little, I felt a rush within about 10 minutes of drinking ripped freak and this lasted for about 2 HOURS - handy the first time because I got stuck in traffic on the way to the gym - never felt so keen to get through the jam!! Thankfully ripped freak did its job and despite the traffic I had an amazing workout!"

At the mo I am alternating ripped freak for legs and back and gaspari superpump for arms and chest days to maximise their effects, this is imo a good way to get the most out of pre workouts anyway."
