"I heard boditronics had changed the flavour or formula and tbh I think I preferred the old one but this is still my favourite protein on the market.
You should know this is actually a blend of whey and casein despite the name, which is good for preventing muscle loss compared to a normal whey protein shake.
Boditronics Express Whey mixes really well and tastes pretty creamy hope this helps someone."
