Protein Percentage - at a basic level this is a measure of how much protein is in the tub - not how much powder but how much protein. Reflex Instant Whey is guaranteed to contain 80% protein which means that for every 100g of powder in the tub, 80g of it is protein. Compare this with any other brand and you will see that Reflex Instant Whey is at the very top of the market in terms of protein per tub. Well I'm happy to say that Instant Whey mixes perfectly - every time, just shake it for 5-10 seconds, leave to settle for another 10 seconds and you will have a perfect shake. In terms of taste you may find that Instant Whey tastes 'weaker' than some other protein shakes you have tried; this is due to the fact that most other shakes contain more fat and carbohydrate (sugar especially) - to get the perfect tasting shake just use around 300ml of water for every 2 scoop serving and it will taste great; you can also use milk to get a thicker shake.

Value for Money - if you compare protein powders in a fair manner, for example on a 100g basis and taking into account the protein percentage then Reflex Instant Whey comes out cheapest despite it's superior profile. This is due to the fact that Reflex Nutrition manufacture the product themselves and so don't have to pay another company to do this like other brands; the saving is passed on to you!
