"I was absolutely blown away by lean grow having spent months not putting on ANY muscle whatsoever, one tub of this and I can see muscle lines all over my body.

"I'm going to be honest and keep it 100 in this review; This is the best weight gainer/MRP I have ever used, period. I started weight training at 16 years old and I am now 23; I still consider myself very much a novice but my experience up till now allows me to write this (the first review of its kind from me) I have been using a 5kg tub per month for three months now; this will be my fourth and it's cheapest here at echo, no contest; i's at least 5 quid cheaper here AND you get free samples!
I have gained about 22 lbs in the past three months; I'd say i's a good 80:20 split for muscle to fat ratio (you can't gain mass and have good abs; it's pretty much impossible unless you are on juice) I've gone from about 70kg to just above 80kg in three months by combining this supplement with three square meals a day (large square meals I might add) mixing lean grow with whole milk for one shake and semi-skimmed for the other I can get 800-1000 cals a shake easy.
Contrary to other reviews I prefer the chocolate version. Bear in mind that I also cycle 15 miles a day on a hilly commute; I've literally seen my thighs explode! (no doubt a fair bit of my weight increase has come from my legs which is great for Rugby!) Excellent service from Echo; brilliant personal touches and very professional! Will be buying this supplement from here until I stop seeing the positive gains! I don't bother with cutting/fat burning so it's all mass/strength gain for me!"

"What can I say? This product is amazing, I have been a steady 12st 10 for the past 12-15 years. I have always run and stayed very fit but decided upon reaching 40 to bulk out a bit and cut the cardio work-outs a bit.

Then I got round to chocolate - *puke* - literally undrinkable, didn't mix as well as the others and I ended up giving it away. So go with vanilla or strawberry but be warned against the chocolate!!!"
