Boditronics RecoverEx - Directions for Use
Fill a shaker cup or blender with 500ml of water and add two slightly heaped scoops (80g) of powder and shake and mix for 15 seconds, consume within half an hour of the end of training or physical activity. Due to very low fat levels this product may froth on mixing, this will settle quickly and is normal for the product.
