When to eat the Grenade Creatine?
Depending on the phase there are two different ways to use Grenade Creatine:
Loading Phase: Take one (1) serving (approx. 1 level scoop, 5g) with morning, afternoon, evening meals and before bed for 4-5 days to help saturate your muscles with creatine.
Maintenance Phase: Take one (1) serving (approx. 1 level scoop, 5g) with a meal or immediately after training with your post workout protein shake.
Always take with 250ml of water (or alternative beverage).
