HOW IT ALL WORKS
When you first sign up, every £1 spent earns you 10 points. Even if you redeem your points we still keep track of how many points you've earned over time so we can reward you for getting ripped, shredded or even...swole.
WHEN DO I LEVEL UP?

For example: If you spend £70, you earn 700 points. If you've been shopping at Echo for a while and earned a few points; lets say 13,500 points. As that's between 10,000 and 20,000 points you'll have reached level 3. Spending that same £70 will net you a massive 1050 points.
USING YOUR REWARD POINTS
Redeeming your reward points couldn't be easier. Follow the quick guide below:

Use your e-mail and password to login

SHOP
Select your items and add them to your bags.

CHECKOUT
Go to your bag.
Under 'Summary', on the right, you'll find 'Reward Points'

USE POINTS
Select the number of points you'd like to use.
Click 'use maximum# to use all your points.

COMPLETE
Proceed to payment and complete your order.
Points won't be deducted until order is complete.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?
There are two ways to find out how many points you've earned!
The easiest way find out how many reward points you currently have is to check the 'Use Reward Points' tab on the top right of the checkout page.
The find out more information about your current rewards point status login to your account dashboard. Click 'My Reward Points' to find out how many points you currently have, your current Reward Point Level and how many points you need to reach the next level.

How long will it take to see my points?
Reward points usually appear with 24 hours of your friends order being shipped.
Are Reward Points worth anything?
Our reward points have no real life monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only bee used on our website.
